NHS Shropshire and NHS Telford & Wrekin Clinical Commissioning Groups are reviewing their blood taking services for people living in Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin. Your feedback will help shape them to shape future plans so if you or someone you care for has any experience of having to go for blood tests, either regularly or occasionally this survey is for you.
