Event description: During this 4 week course, you will learn how to make simple tea infusions, herbal tonics, vinegar’s and infused oils. Forage for medicinal and culinary plants and culinary plants and relax your body in tai chi and shiatsu exercises.
This course is an opportunity for carers and gives you opportunity for some “me time”
The session will take place in the brick building within the beautiful forest grounds of Wyldwoods.
The dates for this course are:
Monday 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th March.
Your tutor will be Jo Jukes. Small charge for materials, donations welcome.
Free to carers. Lunch will be provided. Donations welcome. There may be a small cost for materials on some courses.
