Event description: This is a day of advice & information that is being hosted by Shropshire RCC. It will begin at 10 am when there will be a number of short talks on topics like:
- Falls Prevention.
- Avoiding Scams.
- Fire Safety
There will also be exercise taster sessions; and there will be various exhibitions from charities & support groups.
The day finishes at 1 pm with a FREE lunch. During the afternoon the Wise & Well Team will carry out Functional Fitness & MOT assessments but for these you must book before the event. THIS IS NOT A DROP IN EVENT! The assessments will test performance of everyday tasks & compare them to established age-group averages.
