Event description: If you are aged 65 – 95 and feel you are becoming concerned about falls. The aim is to to catch you before you restrict your lifestyle due to fear of falling.
Book your 2 hour slot now for a one-to-one fitness test against “normal” for your age, and see a film and talk on reducing risk of falls and an optional taster exercise class.
