Wheelpower will be hosting a Primary Sports Camp at Stoke Mandeville Stadium on Saturday 25th February 2017, with registration starting at 9.30 am and the camp will end at 3.30 pm
This is open to children with physical and/or mild sensory impairments between the ages of 5 & 11 years old. Also entries are welcome from those children who would not traditionally fit within disability sport classification ie dyspraxia, epilepsy or some form of internal organ dysfunction or absence. This is to provide for those children who are unable to “fit in” to mainstream PE/sport provision but also don’t qualify for disability provision.
Activities will include:
Boccia, Kurling, Tennis, Basketball, Table Games, Zone Hockey, Bowls & a fun session.
All are welcome to attend. Coaches will try where possible to include parents, escorts & teachers in the activities.
Cost: Entry for participants £9 and £5 per parent. Lunch will be provide for all attending. For details of accommodation costs should you require it please click on the PDF below which also includes a booking form.
