  • Grow Cook Learn launched the all ability cycle trail in Spring 2015, a 200 metre circular route taking in the Onny Meadows surrounding the Shropshire Hills Discovery Centre. We welcome visitors of all abilities who can use the cycle trail free of charge or come along to one of our organised sessions where anyone can have a go on an adaptive cycle, enquire for organised sessions. We soon hope to offer adaptive cycle hire here at the Discovery Centre.

  • The Valor Ju Jitsu Association was founded in August 2009, with the aim of providing the study of a modern Martial Arts system. This method endeavours to challenge the ability of each student. Valor Ju Jitsu acknowledges some Japanese philosophy, but is primarily a westernized system and style. We hold Adaptive Valor Ju Jitsu classes (e.g. wheelchair users)
