Shropshire Council is working in partnership with a range of local bodies including the Shropshire Voluntary and Community Sector Assembly and Shropshire Association of Local Councils to undertake research.
The aim of the research is to explore local needs, issues and service delivery within Shropshire, as a rural county. Shropshire Council hopes to obtain evidence and feedback that will inform the development of a Rural Community Strategy for the county.
The strategy will identify key priorities and provide a focus for local action, help Shropshire Council in its work with external agencies and bodies and highlight how the needs of a rural county differ to more urban areas.
The survey should take no more than 15 minutes to complete.
