Shropshire Wildlife are now able to offer free bird feeder starter kits for anyone who would like one. They are available to anyone experiencing difficulties due to social isolation or loneliness caused by the Covid 19 crisis. Anyone can apply for one and we offer either a hanging bird feeder for the garden and a starter bag of food, or a lovely little window mounted one which sticks on to a window plus a bag of food. If you struggle to fill up your feeder or don’t have anyone to help you, we can also look for a volunteer to visit you once a week to do it for you. We’ll be following all the national guidance on safety regarding the Coronavirus so volunteers will need to be able to access the feeder via your garden.
