Time to Talk day is taking place on Thursday 7th February 2019. It is important that people talk about Mental Health.
Mental health problems affect one in four of us, yet people are still afraid to talk about it. Time to Talk Day encourages everyone to talk about mental health.
This year’s Time to Talk Day is all about bringing together the right ingredients, to have a conversation about mental health. Whether that’s tea, biscuits and close friends or a room full of people challenging mental health stigma, we want you to get talking.
Locally we know these events are taking place:
- Thursday 7th February 13.30 am-12 noon. Shrewsbury Library-Coffee, Chat and Sharing Information
- Thursday 7th February 13.30 am-12 noon. Shrewsbury Library-Introduction to Mindfulness
- Thursday 7th February 10 am-11.30 am If you are visiting the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, League of Friends Cafe where SaTH Engagement together with Shropshire Mind will be there to talk to anyone who would appreciate having a chat.
