The Samaritans have a message for us all. It is “Talk to us anytime you like, in your own way-about whatever’s getting to you” Call 116 123 anytime.

Note-Don’t be afraid to seek help. You don’t have to be suicidal. Samaritans work round the clock, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If you need a response immediately, it’s best to call them on the phone. You don’t have to be suicidal to call. It doesn’t matter who you are, how you feel, or what has happened. All calls are treated in confidence.
