Event description: We are running another Taking Charge Of Your Life Course on February 26th!
This is a 5 Day Course held 1 Day A Week, each Tuesday. Starting on Tuesday 26th February and finishing on Tuesday 26th March.
We will help you to:
- develop your Communication Skills,
- Learn Stress Coping Methods,
- Boost Your Self-Esteem and become more confident.
We provide participants with skills to help improve their confidence and self-esteem, meet new people and share common experiences.
