Event title: PACC Annual Conference – Understanding our Lives Venue: Central Baptist Church, Claremont Street Shrewsbury SY1 1QG Name: Shropshire PACCs Email:firstname.lastname@example.org Telephone: 0845 601 2205 Event description: Some questions for us to think on
Do you feel that people in the wider community understand the joys and challenges of our families’ lives?
Do we see our children’s lives and futures reflected in the local press, or visible in Shropshire’s community life?
Are the people who make decisions and provide services that affect our families fully aware of the impact they have on our lives?
You are invited to join us for the launch of the report of the findings from our Healthwatch funded research project, which explored what it is like to be parent carers of young people who use multiple services. The day will also offer an opportunity to contribute to PACC’s proposed “Understanding Our Lives” project and to share your thoughts on the Shropshire Local Offer, to ensure that it supports families to lead positive lives.
