Event description:  There will be parent/carer consultation meetings to discuss the short break services offered by Action For Children in Shropshire on:

• Tuesday 18th September at 9.30am and 5.30pm and
• Wednesday 19th September at 1.00pm and 5.30pm, both will be held at our offices at Kingsland House 39 Abbey Foregate Shrewsbury SY2 6BL.

Everyone is welcome, whether you have accessed the services provided by Shropshire Community Support or not, as it is an information gathering and sharing opportunity.  AFC are keen to invite feedback positive or negative so that we can utilise the information in our future planning.  It is vital that we incorporate parent/carers and young people’s views in our planning as we want to ensure that we are providing the services and support that is preferred and required by our families.

This will be an opportunity for you to discuss any issues or queries that you may have regarding our holiday club, or any other service which we provide.
