There has been an amazing response from clubs & groups to host events for the first Inclusive Activity Roadshow. This coincides with the end of RIO 2016 Paralympic Games. With over 70 different sessions taking place, click on the links below to find out what is available in your area.Many of the sessions are FREE. Some are “one off events” but many are ongoing. Take this grand opportunity to find a new activity near you, or even to find a new interest.

Shropshire Council have produced this Draft Sports Facilities Strategy for 2016-2037 https://shropshire-disability.net/draft-sports-facilities-strategy-2016-2037/ This may be the right time for you to tell Shropshire Council if their proposals are the right way forward. Ten weeks – 2 hours a week

Cost £2 hr

If you have already completed the “Coping with a Hearing Loss” course and would like to gain more confidence in lipreading skills, this is the course for you.

The course is designed to improve your skills at lipreading and also to cope in social situations.
The Improvers Lipreading course is also a good way to refresh your skills learned before.
Come along and meet others who are also hearing impaired, and their suffering partners !
