Event description: SLOG groups offer all kinds of interesting and adventurous activities to encourage people who have sight loss to keep active, stay confident, meet and make new friends and have some fun. Please contact us for a programme.

We will be enjoying a session with Lesley from Scrappies.

Christmas Lunch has been booked at The Pea Green Café for Tuesday 12th December, arrival at 12 noon to dine at 12:30 pm   Can you bring along your Christmas Meal food choice along with your non-refundable £5 deposit, please.  Please note the vegetarian choice for both menus is Butternut Squash Nut Roast.

Event description: This event taking place on Monday 24th October is about “Touch, Feel, Try” We will have lots of items, large & small, simple & high tech to help people with eye sight problems.
There will be displays & demonstrations but we will not sell but can provide you with information & contacts.

This is a FREE drop in event, which is for everyone to come to. There will be light refreshments.

Arthogryposis Multiplex Congenita is a rare congenital disorder characterised by multiple joint contractions, and can include muscle weakness and fibrosis.

TAG runs a help desk dealing with questions or concerns about the condition, or for those who want to speak with someone who understands the issues involved. The helpline is open Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm; Call 07508 679351. Alternatively, email the helpdesk: help@arthrogryposis.co.uk

TAG also offers support on a regional cluster basis; volunteers in the contact network have a wide experience of Arthrogryposis. Each one lives day-to-day with the condition and are willing to share their personal knowledge and skills, whether it be that they themselves are affected, or their child.

TAG arranges area get-togethers and social events, family weekends, and an adventure camp for teenagers.
