More than 120,000 people in the West Midlands are currently living with the devastating effects of a stroke.
It all happens in an instant, yet can be life changing for people, both physically & emotionally. The long term effects can often take a huge toll on partners, carers & families.
The Stroke Association are asking stroke survivors, their carers & stroke professionals across the West Midlands to take part in a national survey & share their experiences. Why? Because as resources for healthcare on the region become increasingly stretched, we want stroke treatment & therapy & care to remain a priority. The more voices that are heard, the more we can do to change the world for stroke survivors. For more information call the Stroke Association on 020 7566 1535
The survey can be completed on-line https://www.stroke.org.uk/what-we-do/our-campaigns/stroke-survey-2016
You can also down load, complete & post the survey to us!
You can also print the Stroke Survey (downloadable below) and send it to us by post.
Please send your completed survey back to us putting it in an envelope addressed to FREEPOST STROKE ASSOCIATION (in block capitals). It doesn’t need a stamp.
The closing date for the survey is 31 March 2016.
