Signs4Life is here for you

A new initiative aimed at encouraging more members of the public to take up sign language is now available to Shropshire residents.

The Signs4Life scheme aims to help people communicate and engage with children and adults who may be hard of hearing. Having already worked with social workers, teachers, the local NHS, Royal Mail an housing officers, now this opportunity for you to learn is now available.

A six-week course BSL programme called Morning Glory will be delivered via Zoom by Signs4Life. The course starts on Monday 10th June and it is free to take part. Sessions take place from 6.30pm to 8.30pm. You can book your place at this link https://signs4life.org/in-the-community/

Signs4Life is eager to work towards a society in which people with disabilities has full access so are working to raise both public and political awareness of disability provision.
