What is Shropshire Together?
We are a collection of partners working to improve the health and well-being of people living and working in Shropshire. Partners include; Shropshire Council, the NHS and other health organisations, the voluntary and community sector, businesses, young people and our communities.
Our vision is ‘For Shropshire people to be the healthiest and most fulfilled in England’ Organisations from across Shropshire are working together to reduce health inequalities and improve the health and well-being of the local population.
