Hi there. My name is Mark Parry. I am 43yrs old. And I have Asperger’s/OCD. I have not had friends now for quite some time. I was once involved with SIRS aka Social Inclusion Recovery Service through Oswestry CMHT. But they were not much cop after being with them for 7-8 months. The service just declined into rubbish. The CMHT psychiatrists/psychologists don’t seem to want to listen to me anymore. I have no-one to turn to or talk to. And Autonomy Shropshire has no-one else from Oswestry going to Shrewsbury. Especially when they have a group on. Plus it is complicated getting back and to from Shrewsbury. There are no decent services anymore around Oswestry. And I am getting out of condition healthwise. I will leave you my number 01691 650128.
Hello Mark. Thank you for this feedback. With the Welfare Reforms beginning to bite, certainly we at SDN have noticed an increase in people finding it more difficult to get help. One of our Volunteers is having a look at what/who else may be able to help you & someone will contact you directly. Many thanks.
