Severnside Housing, based on two sites in Shrewsbury, is one of Shropshire’s largest social landlords, and currently owns and maintains more than 5,400 homes in Shrewsbury, Broseley, Wellington, Telford and the surrounding areas. We are a not for profit company and a Registered Social Landlord, regulated by the Homes and Communities Agency with a green light for governance and financial viability.
Established in October 2001, following the transfer of housing stock from the former Shrewsbury and Atcham Borough Council, our customers are at the heart of all we do. We encourage and support their involvement as we value the contribution they make to the development and success of our business. We are also committed to working in partnership with others in order to develop and deliver innovative solutions in challenging economic times.

Severnside is actively developing new affordable homes to address housing needs in Shropshire, as well as investing in the maintenance and improvement of existing properties.
