Event description: To enable Shropshire Disability Network to operate we have a Management Committee. Meetings take place each month, except for the quarter months when there is a Members’ meeting, ie March, June, September & December.
These meetings are vital in order to bring you this website, our newsletter, our quarterly meetings, signposting and all the work we do for people with all types of disabilities as well as carers. It is also important that we carry out the wishes of our Members. We are a very active committee of “doers” and need people who will be “team players” to join us and help with various tasks.
Any SDN Member who feels they have something new that they can bring to the Management Board can make an application to join the board. In the first instance you should email email@example.com or call/text 07780 852229. Annual General Meetings are held every September when board members are elected & honorary posts ratified but between AGMs we can co-opt up to 4 members.
