Event description: Are you, or have you been, a patient at The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust (SaTH), which runs The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital (RSH) or The Princess Royal Hospital (PRH) in Telford?

Are you a carer looking after a family member, partner, parent, friend or neighbour, who has received treatment or accessed services in our hospital?

We are looking to hear from patients and carers within Telford & Wrekin, Shropshire and Powys to have an open discussion about what matters to you when receiving treatment at SaTH and ideas you may have to improve patient and carer experience.

Your feedback will be used to develop a strategy which details what is important to patients and carers accessing our services, areas we need to focus upon to develop, when, and how we can measure the success of this change, to incite improvement within the hospitals.

We can’t do this without you. So come along, share your views and help us on this journey to providing the best patient and carer experience we possibly can.

The focus groups are being held:

  • Wednesday 2 October (2 pm – 5 pm) at Meeting Point House, Telford TF3 4HS
  • Friday 4 October (2 pm – 5 pm) at University Centre, Shrewsbury SY3 5HQ
