Event description: Have you ever wanted to have a go at sailing? Well here is your opportunity to do just that. Chelmarsh Sailing Club will be holding their annual Taster Day on Saturday 21st May from 12 noon till 6 pm. For those who fancy taking to the water we can offer a sail in the company of one of our experienced club sailors on our reservoir. There will be volunteers on hand all day to talk to you about taking up the sport of sailing and how to get started, or you can simply come along and relax in our galley or lounge and enjoy light refreshments in our superb club house.
All you need to get afloat is some comfortable clothes, old trainers & weather dependent waterproofs or suncream.
Buoyancy aids, equipment & safety brief will be provided as will refreshments.
No pre-booking needed.
