West Midlands Railway are asking customers with a disability to help test a passenger assistance app. Throughout this month (May) they are starting on an ambitious journey to change the way our customers access assisted travel services. With demand for passenger assistance increasing they want to see if the Transreport app can transform the way they deliver passenger assistance, making rail travel more accessible and easier to use. For passengers, the current process of booking assistance can be time-consuming and inflexible.
