The Shropshire Outdoor Partnerships Service is the part of Shropshire Council that maintains and develops recreational access, conserves and enhances the natural environment and encourages people to improve their wellbeing by being active outdoors. 

Shropshire is a beautiful county & there is much to enjoy outdoors. Discover the fantastic countryside, exceptional views and wonderful wildlife. Explore our Country Parks, heritage sites and play areas or get active on over 5,500 km’s of Public Rights of Way (that’s the same distance as Shrewsbury to New York… on your doorstep!). There are promoted routes for walking, cycling and riding across the county, from The Shropshire Way to Walking with Offa.

Each year we produce a survey, and it is important for us (especially with budgets being cut) what is important to you. Even if you do not use Rights of Way, Parks, Play areas & recreation grounds we would still like to hear from you ie we need to know what barriers there are for participation.
