This is the place to be this Thursday morning (9th March). The University Centre, Guildhall, Frankwell Quay, Shrewsbury SY3 8HQ for our first quarterly meeting of 2017. Join us at 10.30 am for refreshments & networking before we start at 11 am.

We welcome back Guest Speakers- Jo Allmond with her daughter Jess who will talk to us about their latest book about Dementia & is due out later this year. If you missed Jo’s presentation in March 2015, don’t miss this one as they tell of their journey over the last 2 years.

What does the NHS and the Digital Age mean to you? Will we always need to visit a GP or attend a hospital appointment? Is it feasible for a doctor to diagnose your illness via Skype or Face Time? If so, what will this mean for people with a disability or long term condition? Come and find out as David Sandbachformer chief executive of Telford’s Princess Royal Hospital will be talking on developments in the Digital Health domain as these developments will affect many of us.

With refreshments and time for networking during the meeting, before closing at 1 pm, we will draw our raffle. So be there for a chance to win one of several prizes.

We thank “Caring for God’s Acre, a national charity that runs a conservation programme for taking a stand at our meeting, enabling you to find out about what they are doing in Shropshire.
