Event title: Listening Event re Royal Shrewsbury & Princess Royal Hospitals
Venue: AFC Telford United Learning Centre in Wellington TF1 2TU
Name: Healthwatch Telford & Wrekin
Telephone: 01952 739540
Event description: Established in 2009, the CQC’s role is to monitor the delivery of health and social care services across England, ensuring that people are provided with safe, high-quality care, and that services that fail to do so are improved.
CQC Inspectors want to hear about people’s experiences of services provided by the Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital Trust (SaTH) – namely, the Princess Royal Hospital and the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital.

Any members of the public are welcome to attend and make their views known, and it is a good opportunity to meet the CQC’s inspectors in person.

If you’re unable to attend but would like to share your experiences, the CQC encourages you to do so via e-mail or by telephoning them on 03000 616161. All of your feedback can be left anonymously.

Healthwatch Telford and Wrekin will be in attendance at the event, as we are also keen to hear feedback regarding the hospitals, so come and tell us what you think.

Alternatively, you can send your feedback to us via our Speak Out page – and we can pass it on to the CQC on your behalf if you let us know.
