Event description: The charity Grow Cook Learn is running more courses at its Shropshire Hills Discovery Centre in Craven Arms to help people gain the confidence, skills and motivation to buy, prepare and eat their own food.
These courses are funded by Ludlow Food Festival.
First there will be free 2-hour Let’s Cook workshops on Tuesday November 21st. Choose between the morning session starting at 10 am and finishing at 12 noon or the afternoon session starting at 1.30 pm and finishing at 3.30 pm. Then starting on Tuesday January 30th there will be a series of six 4-hour Cooking Up Meals workshops, with a small contribution towards ingredients.
