Landau is a supported employment and work related training organisation providing one-to-one, individual support for people with learning disabilities. Landau is committed to ensure that every person with a learning disability has the opportunity to work and fulfill their potential. Our support programme provides the specialist, high levels of support people with learning disabilities require to be able to flourish within the workplace. Our aim is to provide support with the long term aim of finding employment and/or a move towards independent living. The activity is designed around 3 key themes.
