On the logo of “Inclusively Fit” you find these words:

  • “Believe in yourself”
  • “Achieve your goals”
  • “Inspire others to follow in your path”

The project is operating across Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin to help & support people with disabilities to know what physical activities are available & to have opportunity to be more active in the community. With the project now heading into its second year of delivery, it promises to raise awareness of activities suitable for everyone.

The aims of Inclusively Fit Project

  • To enable sport & physical activity to be part of everybody’s everyday life in Shropshire Telford & Wrekin.
  • To ensure disabled people & their families can make informed choices on physical activity in the county
  • To reduce social isolation for disabled people and their families by being more active.
