Hope Again is Cruse Bereavement Care’s website for young people.  Cruse is a national charity that provides support, advice and information to children, young people and adults when someone close to them dies. We also work to enhance society’s care of bereaved people.

Some people find that talking about what’s happened, or how they’re feeling, is helpful, even though it can be really hard.

Hope Again is another place where you can talk about your grief.  When you send us your message by clicking the ‘Talk To Us’ button on the homepage here https://www.hopeagain.org.uk/ a young person will personally reply to you, and the messages and stories you send will be monitored by young people. Find out more at this link https://www.hopeagain.org.uk/hope-again-talking-about-it It tells you how talking may help you.

What is Cruse Bereavement Care?

Cruse has been offering bereavement support in England and Wales since 1959 and in Northern Ireland since 1984.

Cruse is a national charity that provides support, advice and information to children, young people and adults when someone they love dies. We also work to enhance society’s care of bereaved people.

Cruse services are provided free of charge and are dependent on the generosity of the local community and statutory support to deliver the service.

Cruse services are provided by dedicated and skilled volunteers in local communities who support children, young people and adults through grief.

Someone to turn to for young people

At Cruse we can offer a safe, youth friendly space where young people can work through their grief in their own time and own way accompanied by a trained and experienced volunteer who will work individually with the young person over a period of 6-8 weekly sessions.
