Event description: Shrewsbury’s new internet resource, Go-To, is hosting an event to demonstrate iPads and different tablets on Wednesday 18 November from 6.00-8.00 pm at the Roy Fletcher Centre, Cross Hill, Shrewsbury.
These will be shown by Paul Harbourne, of local company Salop Computer Centre, but this is not a selling event, it is to help members of the public.
There is a charge of £5. There will also be an opportunity to see the Roy Fletcher Centre’s new venture, the Go-To computer and internet resource.
Go-To has a series of one-day courses coming up before the end of the year, including:
- Introduction to Social Media, 18 November, 10 am-4.00 pm, £10
- Build a Website in a Day, 25 November, 10 am-4.00 pm, £50
- Twitter for Business, 2 December, 10 am-4.00 pm, £50
- Search Engine Optimisation, 9 December, 10.am-4.00 pm £50
