The Directors of Independent Living Partnership Ltd have set up a Community Interest Company (CIC). Figaro CIC is a Shropshire based Social Enterprise and we have been funded by the Big Lottery’s Awards for All programme to explore the wants and needs of individuals in Shropshire, who purchase or receive health and / or social care services that enable them to live independent and fulfilling lives. At present many services are experiencing cuts whilst patients and service users are being funded to purchase their own support and care services based on their needs. Figaro CIC is an enterprise with clear aims and legally binding accountability to provide safe and effective services that treat people with dignity, whilst utilising our profits to reinvest into the business to enable growth and new jobs. Where possible we will also support local initiatives that are aligned with our aims.
