Event description: There are proposals to close the Walk in Centre at Monkmoor, Shrewsbury & relocate it next to A&E at the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital.
Shropshire CCG (Clinical Commissioning Group) has until 22 August to complete consultations on this proposal. They know this timescale is unacceptably short, but it’s due to factors outside their control.
General public meetings are set up in Shrewsbury on 31 July, and in Wem and Church Stretton the following week. (see details under events pages) These won’t give a proper basis for an equality impact assessment so this is the second of three meetings being organised to look at this.
All meeting rooms are accessible; either on the level for the Executive Dining Room or by lift to the Committee Rooms floor.
Shropshire CCG is happy to pay travel expenses for people attending and contributing.
