Event description: As part of Dementia Awareness Week (17th-23rd May 2015), a Dementia Day has been organised in the Square, Shrewsbury.
Come along & meet Dementia Support Workers from Alzheimers UK & other organisations. Healthwatch Shropshire, Shropshire RCC, Age UK, Dementia Friends & many other local organisations will be there.
