Event description: Shropshire Carers Support Service will be holding an exhibition of Carers Artwork in the Shropshire Visual Arts Network Gallery. The exhibition called Creative Carers will showcase a selection of paintings, tapestrys and poetry created by some of the Carers who use our services; highlighting their talents and ways of unwinding and relaxing from their caring role. The Visual Arts Network gallery is open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays all day and staffed by Volunteers who support the network. Information about our exhibition and the carers involved will be on display, as well as information about the services we provide across Shropshire. The exhibition will be free for everyone to enjoy, and if popular we will tour the exhibition around the county. Photographs will be taken to create an online gallery. We will be launching the exhibition on Tuesday 10th July at 11am, if you would like more information or would like to provide us with a piece of artwork to display please call Julia on 01743 237 888
