Outcome 5, priority–making it easier for the public and professionals to access information, advice and support.
September’s Health and Wellbeing Board is focused around outcome 5, priority–making it easier for the public and professionals to access information, advice and support, within the Health and Wellbeing Strategy.
We are inviting you all to take part in a consultation about this priority, the findings of which will be presented at 6th September’s Health and Wellbeing Board meeting.
Do you want to know where your views via the stakeholder alliance have gone previously? Here are reports that went to the health and wellbeing board based on mental health consultation and keeping independent for longer consultation. Attached above is a summary of previous points made and some questions for further exploration.
Log on to the alliance, priority group (click here) or if you do prefer you can email your feedback to shropshirepartnership@shropshire.gov.uk. The questions for discussion are below:
Priority: Make it easier for the public and professionals to access information, advice and support

- 2. How do we better promote information resources, e.g. community directory in a more joined up way?
- 3. What promotes a good end to end service for the patient?
- Suggest solutions for making it easier for the public and professionals to access information, advice and support.
