The Covid-19 Pandemic may have stopped Cinderella finding her Prince this Christmas but she will eventually go the ball! The Grand’s magical family pantomime, CINDERELLA has been postponed and will now open on 4 December 2021 until 9 January 2022.

About the performance: Under the power of her evil Stepmother and wicked Stepsisters, Cinderella lives as a poor servant girl, pandering to their every need and only dreaming of their luxurious lifestyle. With help from her only friend Buttons and a fabulous Fairy Godmother, can she make it to the Royal Ball and find her Prince Charming?

Comedian Aaron James, returns after his hilarious appearance in Dick Whittington, alongside a star cast to be announced soon.

With magical new staging, CINDERELLA promises to be an unmissable festive fairytale production full of fun and dazzling choreography.

Babes In Arms: Babes in Arms tickets are available at this performance for £3 each for children aged 0-2 years. Children must sit on an adult’s lap during the performance. These tickets are available to buy in advance or on the day of the performance from the Box Office and cannot be bought online.

A Relaxed Performance takes away some of the stresses of the theatre experience by keeping the house lights on and operating an open doors policy, allowing free access in and out of the auditorium during the performance. Additionally, sound levels are monitored and kept at a lower level and all special effects, like smoke and pyrotechnics are removed entirely.

A Quiet Room and a Chill Out Zone are set up within the theatre should anyone need some time away from the theatre environment. The performance is streamed onto a screen in the Chill Out Zone so those who find the experience in the auditorium too uncomfortable don’t have to miss out on the show. The Quiet Room does not have any visual or audio streams but is open to anyone who needs to take a few minutes out.

Information packs are also sent out prior to the performance with additional details about the show. This may help you or your group familiarise yourself with our theatre and the things you may encounter during your visit.

If you are interested in booking for a Relaxed Performance or you have any questions about this service, please contact the box office on 01902 42 92 12 and ask to speak with Vicky Price (Access & Operations Manager) or Anthony Wingrove (Head of Sales).
