Event description: Free wheelchair skills training for children and young people age 18 months- 18 years who use a manual/self propelled wheelchair.
The training will include key skills such as back-wheel balancing and emergency evacuation techniques along side fun games and an introduction to wheelchair basketball and dance.
A stock of spare manual wheelchairs are provided for the day, so that parents and siblings can get involved, fun for all the family!
