The Shrewsbury and Telford NHS Trust which runs both Royal Shrewsbury Hospital and Telford’s Princess Royal Hospital acknowledges the importance in providing support and advice to carers.
As part of the Patient and Carer Experience (PaCE), a carers sub group has been established to focus on the support available to carers. To enable the group to identify areas to prioritise, so that improvements can be made they have produced a short survey. If you have recently accessed services at SaTH and are a Carer, they are inviting you to take part by answering 5 short questions.
