Event description: This will be the first meeting and launch of Bridgnorth Community Connectors so on this occasion this meeting will be an informal opportunity to hear how things are progressing. We had a Social Prescribing meeting back in August so will now give you an update on plans.
The aim of the Community Connectors meeting is to
- · Develop a supported network of groups or individuals
- · Share information, details of services
- · Help identify any gaps in provision.
- · Support the Social Prescribing programme, including interventions
Community connector meetings enhance the work that people are doing in their local communities, by giving recognition and promoting the sharing of valuable sources of information.
By networking we hope people will be better informed about local services, activities and support .

This network is for voluntary and community groups, healthcare professionals, public sector providers and businesses who operate in the Bridgnorth and surrounding areas.
