Bethphage – providing care and support for people with disabilities across the West Midlands, Shropshire & Telford:
Bethphage provides support to adults with learning and physical disabilities. They may live in their own home, a home they share with one or two other people, their family home or a small shared care home.
Bethphage provides specialist support to enable individuals with complex needs to live safely and stay healthy in their own homes. The help provided may be for a few hours a day or for longer depending on what support is needed. Bethphage usually provides this support as part of a wider approach to promoting independence and choice for someone with a disability, always as part of a person centred plan. Bethphage is not a general domiciliary provider and does not take on care or support that is solely for personal care.
Bethphage are an experienced provider of support for those in transition from children’s to adult services. If you are moving from a residential school or your family home, Bethphage can support you to make this move to independence.
Our Registered Care Homes:
Bradbury Lodge in Whitchurch providing medium term assessment and transition services to enable people to acquire the skills and stability to progress to more independent settings
Bradbury Court in Market Drayton providing registered residential care for 4 people in a modern purpose built property for people with complex needs
