Care Quality Commission, Healthwatch and partners have joined forces to launch ‘Because We All Care’.
This new campaign aims to:
- Help services identify and address quality issues
- Support patients by encouraging people to share feedback about their experiences of Health and Social Care Services

Between 21 July – 16 August a new project has been launched looking at people’s experiences of leaving hospital during COVID-19. This will be the first issue specific focus of the #Becauseweallcare campaign. Coronavirus has changed how we live our life and how services run in lots of ways. To make room for the sudden need for more beds, the NHS changed the way it discharged people from hospital.
But what was your experience?
