Event description: This is an Awareness of Autism for Shropshire Practitioners event. Are you a Shropshire based practitioner and would like a better understanding of autism?
This is a free 2 hour course for practitioners working with families and children in Shropshire. The event will cover:
- An introduction to autism
- How autism affects children
- Information about how autism is diagnosed
- Simple strategies that work
- Supporting families of autistic children
