Event description: “Me & You” is a Lottery funded project for disabled and special needs young people during their transition years.
Lottery funding will help us address the lack of opportunities for young people and the long term impact on their health and wellbeing.
We plan to build the skills, confidence and esteem of young physically disabled and special needs people by providing positive outdoor activities in a ‘green-blue’ environment.

The Autumn Taster Sessions are open to young people aged 15 – 25 who have an additional need and can commit to the whole 6 weeks. Booking is essential and I’d advise anyone who is interested to get in touch soon as places fill up quickly.
