Launch of the Inclusively Fit Videos

Shropshire Disability Net promotes activities for people with disabilities and their carers. You can find lots of opportunities for activities on our Be Active Project pages . Now Inclusively fit have launched some videos to inspire you to take the plunge and have a go:

James has visual impairment and is a member of Shropshire RCC’s Sight Loss Opportunity Group (SLOG). He tells us why he enjoys the adaptive cycling sessions at Shrewsbury Sports Village and how it helps him be independent.

Rebecca at Pengwern Boat Club tells us her experience of Para-rowing.

Paul at Telford Sailability Club talks us through the RYA Sailability programme and encourages others to get involved!

Learn more about hosting an event, or becoming more inclusive with your club delivery. Speakers include Mark Fosbrook (English Federation of Disability Sport), Rachel Whitney (Shropshire RCC) and Clive Knight (Community Games Organiser).
