Over 2 million people have been isolating because they are extremely vulnerable and need maximum protection from covid19. The rules have now been lifted enabling you to go outside once a day with those who live with you. If you live on your own, you can meet with one person but you must social distance (ie 2 metres apart) Only meet if you feel safe to do so.
If you feel ill, stay at home and call your GP or get advice from NHS 111. Remember in an emergency you can still call 999.

Please remember the to: Stay alert, Control the Virus, Save Lives.
We can all help to control the virus if we all stay alert. This means you must:
- Stay at home as much as possible
- Work from home if you can
- Limit contact with other people
- Keep your distance if you go out (2 metres apart where possible)
- Wash your hands regularly
Self-isolate if you or anyone in your household has symptoms. You can spread the virus even if you don’t have symptoms.
