In January 2017 NHS England will review the Accessible Information Standard to make sure it is working as intended. Action on Hearing Loss need your help to make sure the views of people who are deaf or have hearing loss are properly represented in this process.
- Do you find it difficult or impossible to use the telephone to book appointments or receive test results?
- Do you need or do you already benefit from, support to communicate well during NHS appointments or when receiving care?
