NHS England and NHS Improvement in the Midlands wants to understand more about patient access to GP services during the Covid-19 pandemic and why fewer people used GP services than had done before. Your GP is your family doctor.
They are asking for your help to gather experiences from people you work with about accessing GP services during the pandemic. NHS England is particularly keen to hear from patients living in rural areas.
The online survey can be completed here. Please pass this information on to people you are in touch with through your organisation who would be happy to complete this online, and feel free to share it with family, friends and work colleagues who live in the Midlands.
It is also important that they hear from people who do not have access to the internet or would prefer to answer questions by telephone. If anyone would prefer to speak by telephone to a member of the team about their experience, they or you can complete the following registration link and someone from our team will be in touch to arrange a telephone conversation.
Alternatively, they can call my colleague Karena Matthew-Donawa to book to complete the telephone survey on 07920 782522.
If people would like to complete the survey in another language, they can arrange this through an interpreting service. 07906 398285
