Event description: Shropshire Inclusive Dance are holding this event. If you have not had opportunity to see SID, this is an ideal opportunity. They did a presentation at our AGM in 2014, their presentation was awe inspiring, we felt honoured to have them with us.

Shropshire Inclusive Dance warmly invites you and members of Shropshire Disability Network to a summer sharing with Contact Dance Company.

 An informal sharing of four beautifully crafted dance duets, a new ensemble piece entitled ‘Signal’ and much more……….

SiD is a company committed to inclusive dance practice. Since 2012 we have delivered distinct, exemplary and creative driven dance projects, weekly classes and workshops, which facilitate individuals creativity, inclusion and community cohesion.

Contact Dance is an inclusive company directed and managed by SiD. Contact Dance aims to create powerful and distinctive dance performance and support its company of disabled and non-disabled dancers in expressing themselves through the dance medium in a safe, supportive and accessible environment.

SiD is committed to developing jointly initiated programmes, partnerships and collaborations nurturing and supporting public health and community activity through dance. SiD works in partnership to design tailored training packages and dance projects and related services that specifically address people’s needs and aspirations.
